¹ Subject to credit approval U.S. Bank will credit your Account with Points as follows. You will earn one Point for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases (Net Purchases are purchases minus credits and returns) made with your Account during each billing cycle. In addition, you will earn one additional Point during the current month’s billing cycle for Net Purchases made from merchants who are classiﬁed in the following categories: Grocery Stores and/or Supermarkets, Restaurants, Bars, and/or Fast Food Establishments (each, a “Category”). You will also earn one additional Point for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases during the current month’s billing cycle for any merchant considered as a Recurring Bill (also, a “Category”). Recurring Bill Pay merchants include: Quicken Subscription and/or Software purchase via Quicken.com; Telecommunication Equipment and Telephone Sales; Telecommunication Services; Cable, Satellite and Other Pay Television/Radio/Streaming Services; Utilities – Electric, Gas, Water, and Sanitary; Insurance Sales, Underwriting, and Premiums; Membership Clubs (Sports, Recreation, Athletic), Country Clubs, and Private Golf Courses. Limit a total of 2 Points per $1 of Net Purchases. Merchants identify their business by selecting a merchant category code established by Mastercard. A Purchase will not earn additional Points if the merchant’s selected code is in a Category that is not eligible for additional Points earning. We do not determine the category codes that merchants choose and reserve the right to determine which Purchases qualify for additional Points.
